By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
If you are using the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Products
Chocotraité offers artisanal food products including cookies, bakery products, brownies, tea cakes, dry fruits, confectionery, gifting products and other food or related items.
Our products may be handmade or produced in batches. As a result, minor differences in colour, shape, size, finish, texture or presentation may occur.
Such natural variation is not considered a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Product images are intended to provide a fair representation. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings, handmade production and packaging changes.
4. Ingredients, Allergens and Dietary Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient, allergen and dietary information before purchasing or consuming a product.
Our products may contain or be manufactured or handled in an environment where ingredients including wheat/gluten, milk and dairy products, nuts, peanuts, soy and other allergens may be present.

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as medical or nutritional advice.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may modify, discontinue, replace or temporarily suspend a product without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative, issue an appropriate refund, or cancel the affected item.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery fees, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before completion of the transaction.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted by us except where correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is required by law.
7. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.

Chocotraité does not require customers to provide payment credentials outside our authorised checkout or approved payment channels.
Customers should never share OTPs, PINs or banking passwords with anyone claiming to represent Chocotraité.
9. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines depend upon the destination, product category and delivery partner.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Food products are perishable and sensitive to handling and storage. Accordingly, returns cannot generally be accepted merely because of a change of mind, personal taste preference or an incorrect order placed by the customer.
However, genuine issues involving damaged, defective, spoiled, contaminated, incorrect or missing products will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
11. Storage and Consumption
Customers must follow storage, handling, opening and consumption instructions appearing on the packaging or product page.
Chocotraité is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat or moisture, delayed consumption, mishandling after delivery or failure to follow the stated storage instructions.
Products should not be consumed after the applicable “Best Before”, “Use By” or expiry date.
12. Intellectual Property
The Chocotraité name, branding, logos, packaging designs, artwork, photographs, illustrations, website content, product names, graphics, text and other creative material are owned by or licensed to Auryn Foods and Beverages Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.
No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or used to create derivative material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
13. User Conduct
You agree not to:
